The Position:
Intersys is looking for a Workday Reporting Analyst.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Build reporting guidelines that align across all teams, including Recruiting, Finance, and HR
  • Create advanced reports using complex calculated fields
  • Streamline and optimize existing reporting library
  • Build dashboards using matrix and composite reporting
  • Educate end-users on reporting capabilities, and continuously seek reporting enhancements to support evolving company requirements
  • Handle ambiguity and often setting your own direction with minimal aid from leadership
  • Run various, regular, and ad-hoc reports

 

Minimum Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of Workday reporting experience

 

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Strong understanding of people-related data and a demonstrated ability to present data in a thoughtful and coherent way
  • Ability to translate client requests, from Recruiting, HR, and business, into meaningful dashboards and reports
  • Configuration experience with Workday modules (HCM, Benefits, Learning, Talent, Recruiting, etc.)
  • Impeccable attention to detail and strong organizational skills
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing requirements
  • Excellent written and verbal communications skills
  • Workday Reporting experience
  • Strong understanding of Workday modules
  • Workday implementation experience
